Maximus Kohr, originally from Delaware, relocated to Florida in 2021, where his life took a flavorful turn. It was in Florida that he met influential people, who introduced him to the charming landscapes and rich culinary traditions of Italy. Inspired by these experiences, Maximus decided to bring a taste of Italy back to Florida, infusing local flavors into his own unique version of the focaccia. He currently showcases his culinary creations at the West Palm Beach Green Market and the Gardens Green Market, a vibrant local hub open annually from October to April, where he continues to share his passion for Italian-inspired fare with a Floridian twist.
